Dominic's Property Maintenance, LLC serves estates, community associations, commercial portfolios and institutional properties throughout Greater Philadelphia, Delaware County, Chester County and Montgomery County.
Why we exist
Most property owners and managers aren't dissatisfied with any single vendor. They're exhausted by managing five of them. The landscaper doesn't touch the gutters. The gutter company doesn't sweep the lot. The snow contractor is a different phone number entirely, and nobody documents anything.
We built this company around consolidation and accountability: one scoped annual plan covering grounds, interior, exterior and seasonal work, executed by consistent crews and reported back in writing.
That structure is why our work fits estates, HOA common areas, commercial sites and institutional campuses equally well — the properties differ, but the need for a reliable, documented, single-vendor relationship does not.
Show up when we said we would
A published service calendar is a commitment. If weather moves a visit, you hear it from us before you notice it.
Document the work
Photo records and service logs mean board meetings, tenant complaints and owner questions all have an answer.
One point of accountability
You get an account manager, not a dispatch queue. The same person knows the property and the contract.
Scope honestly
We quote what the property actually needs. If something falls outside our scope, we say so instead of improvising.
